# A new way to build your business.

We want you to set the direction and rely on agents to carry out more of the company’s work.

## Work can change.

Agents keep getting more capable. Many tools and routines were built for people to carry out every step. Agents can now take on some of that work. To make use of that capability, they need context, tools and clear responsibilities.

That is our starting point: use agents, give them a place to work and reorganize operations around what they can do. Siglata brings together the information and tools that support that journey.

Our vision is for Siglata to become the shared place where you run the whole business. We start with today’s work and evolve through what makes a difference in the operation.

## Three ideas guide our work.

### Start with what the business knows.

Your business holds years of knowledge. We start with the people, files and systems that keep it running.

### Build alongside the people using it.

Software gets better when it meets real work. We talk to the people using it and improve what needs to work better.

### Improve the whole job.

Question, remove, simplify and then automate. The result matters when the business gets better at work that counts.

## A company by your side.

Built to work alongside you. From Franca, São Paulo, Brazil.
