# How guided setup works for teams

From the first WhatsApp conversation to the first right answer.

Guided setup is included in the Teams plan. We connect the agent your team already uses, upload the documents and spreadsheets behind the first question and answer it together with you.

We start with the question that comes back every week: each branch's sales, stock for the next purchase, what's overdue. Setup ends when that answer is right.

## How it starts

It all starts with a WhatsApp conversation. We want to know which documents the operation runs on, which agent the team already has and who needs access.

## The steps of guided setup

How long it takes depends on your files and how many people take part.
