One process with a closed scope, implemented with the people who already know the operation.

Siglata's 30-day spreadsheet automation pilot is a short project for one defined process. Engineers connect the company's systems, implement the automation with the team, and quote per process. It is not a per-seat subscription and it is not a self-serve tool.
We start from the process the company already does in a spreadsheet. Replenishment, sales checking, purchase prep. The team defines what can run on its own and what needs review.
How the pilot starts
We choose one process and a defined part of the operation. Scope, evaluation criteria, and the quote are set before work begins. Access to the sources that feed the process is part of that agreement.
What the four weeks cover
Illustrative slice. The real agreement closes the process, the sources, and the quote before day 1.
| Week | Activity |
|---|---|
| Week 1 | Listen to the team and close the slice of work |
| Week 2 | Connect the sources and show the first result |
| Week 3 | Use it in the operation and note exceptions |
| Week 4 | Adjust and decide what expands |
What the pilot includes
- The scope of one process.
- Access to the sources that feed it.
- Implementation with the team.
- Adjustments from real use.
- A joint decision about what to expand afterward.
An illustrative pilot kickoff
Illustrative chrome. Scope, sources, and human review stay visible before work begins.

What the pilot is not
It is not an ERP replacement. It is not a promise to drop every spreadsheet. It is not a product only for people who build agents.
