It gives your AI Files, Records, History and Lookups, with each person's access. ### Does the team need to code? No. You ask in plain language. To connect your AI, paste a setup request into it; the steps are in the [documentation](/docs/en-US). ### Does it work with our ERP? Yes, through its exports. If your ERP exports spreadsheets or CSV files, your AI reads them. Siglata doesn't connect to the ERP directly. See [how it works](#como-funciona). ### Can the AI change data? Only what the person using it can change: the AI works with the access of whoever is signed in. In spreadsheets, every change becomes a new version and the previous one is kept. Siglata writes nothing to your ERP, and every step stays in the [history](#controle). ### What if the AI gets it wrong? AI sometimes gets things wrong, as people do. Handing it the work doesn't mean you stop checking. Ask for the file and the row each number came from, and restore an earlier version from the [history](#controle). ### Where is the data kept? Files are kept in Cloudflare storage in eastern North America, and each company's Records are in a Neon database in the United States. Your AI is a separate provider: it processes what it reads under that provider's terms for your account, which may happen outside Brazil. Details in the [privacy policy](/en-US/privacy). ### Do you use our data to train models? No. Siglata doesn't use customer data to train models.
