Save the procedure with the company material

The texto-de-produto instruction, saved at skills/texto-de-produto/SKILL.md, asks the agent to read the catalog and brand guide before writing. It asks the agent to preserve the facts, identify missing information and save the draft in the drive for review. The guide calls for short sentences and complete-pack prices. The catalog gives no waterproofing information.

In this example, the instruction's folder and file have organization visibility. Members can read the material subject to folder access and the connection's permissions. To save a new version of the shared instruction, you must be an owner or admin, or have write permission on the instruction's folder or one of its ancestor folders. Read permission does not authorize editing.

First request: a catalog description

In the first conversation, the agent called company_get and read the instruction from its file through file_read. It also read the catalog and brand guide before writing.

The agent saved the description in minuta-catalogo-caixa-pequena-CX-01.md and read it back. The saved content matched the draft exactly. Checking that paragraph against the catalog required no factual correction.

Second request: a WhatsApp reply

In the new conversation, the agent called company_get, found and read the instruction through skill_find, and opened the catalog and brand guide. The request changed the product and format. The waterproofing claim, absent from the sources, was included as a test.

Check the commitments in the copy too

The draft preserved the product facts and did not claim the bag was waterproof. But it promised to check with the team before replying. Nobody had arranged that contact. Correct product details and a correct price can still come with a commitment the business has not authorized.

During the editorial review by agents, we requested replacing that promise with a statement that the information remained unconfirmed. The rest of the draft stayed the same.

Check the version you will use

We preserved minuta-whatsapp-sacola-pequena-SC-01.md and saved the correction in minuta-whatsapp-sacola-pequena-SC-01-revisada.md. Reading it back confirmed the new version's contents. The download includes both original drafts and the revised version, labeled separately.

Before using the copy, a person should check the catalog facts and the actions the message promises. In this example, waterproofing still needs confirmation. The run records and drafts do not demonstrate contact with the team or a message sent to the buyer.
