About Siglata
What does Siglata do?
Siglata connects the agent you already use to your company's documents. You ask, and the agent answers from your files.
What work does the agent do?
It answers questions about your documents and spreadsheets: sales by branch, stock, receivables, what a contract says. When you ask, it builds reports and saves spreadsheet changes as a new edition of the file.
Does Siglata replace our ERP?
No. Your systems stay in place. You upload ERP exports to Siglata, and the agent reads those files.
Does Siglata do consulting?
No. Siglata is software. The Teams plan includes guided setup; after that, the team asks the agent directly.
Agents
Which agents work with Siglata?
Any MCP-compatible agent, such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code with Copilot. The documentation has the steps for each.
Do we need our own agent?
Yes. Your company uses the agent it already has and keeps its subscription. Siglata connects that agent to your company's files.
Does our team need to code?
No. You ask in plain language. To connect the agent, you paste a setup request into it.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
Agents sometimes make mistakes, as people do. Handing work to an agent doesn't mean you stop checking. In spreadsheets, ask the agent for the file and cells each number came from.
Can the agent change data?
The agent writes only inside Siglata: it creates files and saves spreadsheet changes as a new edition, keeping the previous one. It writes nothing to your ERP or other systems.
Data and security
Which files work?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and CSV, including ERP exports, plus PDF, Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx).
Is there a file size limit?
You can upload files of any size within your account's storage. The agent reads spreadsheets of up to 1 million cells; above that, Siglata tells the agent, and it splits the file into smaller parts.
Where is our data stored?
Uploaded files are kept in Cloudflare storage, and Siglata's database is in São Paulo. Your agent is a separate provider: it processes what it reads under the provider's terms for your account or organization, which may happen outside Brazil.
Do you use our data to train models?
No. Siglata doesn't use customer data to train models. What your agent's provider does is governed by your contract with them.
How is our data protected?
Each organization is isolated, connections are encrypted and access is set by folder and file. The agent signs in through an authorization tied to your organization, with no permanent keys, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Can we delete our data?
Yes. Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days, then are erased. To delete your account and all its data, email contato@siglata.com from the account's address.

How do we start?
Create a free account, connect the agent you already use and upload your files. For your team, talk to us on WhatsApp: guided setup is included in the Teams plan.
How long does it take?
Connecting the agent means pasting a setup request and approving access. After that, each answer's time depends on the files the agent needs to read.
Does it work with our ERP?
Yes, through its exports. If your ERP exports spreadsheets or CSV, the agent reads those files. Siglata doesn't connect to the ERP directly.
How much does it cost?
Free costs nothing. The Teams plan is agreed in a conversation. See the pricing page for details.
Where do you work?
All of Brazil, remotely. Siglata is based in Franca, SP.
Comparisons
How is this different from Power BI or a data team?
BI is great for dashboards you've already defined. With Siglata, you ask whatever you need, and the agent answers from your files, including what no dashboard anticipated.
We already use Copilot or ChatGPT. Why Siglata?
Because Siglata works with them. On its own, the agent can't reach your company's files. Siglata connects the agent to those files, with your organization's permissions.
