Your agent starts every conversation knowing what your company sells

Your agent starts every conversation already knowing who the company is, what it sells and how it talks, without you repeating it.

Ask your agent to set up the company from your website or your files. It drafts the profile, the catalog and the brand guidelines, and every new connection starts knowing the company.

Your agent can start every conversation knowing who the company is, what it sells and how it talks. Today almost every conversation opens the same way: "we're a packaging company, we sell to small shops, our tone is direct, prices are per pack". After pasting that for the tenth time, people give up. The tool was built for someone who already knows the company. Siglata rebuilds that part so the agent can do the whole job already knowing who it's working for.

You ask: "Set up our company in Siglata from our website", or point to the files that describe the company. The agent builds three things in the company space: the profile, with the name, website, social accounts, competitors, markets and a short text on what the company does and how it talks; the product catalog, with names, codes and prices when the source has them; and the brand guidelines, with the tone and what never to say.

The agent shows you the draft before saving. You check it once and correct what you need. Nothing goes in without a source: if the website doesn't say it, the field stays out.

From then on, every agent connection to Siglata starts with the company's name, and the agent reads the full profile when a request depends on it. That holds in Codex and in Claude Code. When something changes, like a new Instagram account or a new product, ask the agent to update it. The previous file goes to the trash, where it can be recovered for 30 days.

Aurora Oficina de Demonstração is a fictional company that sells paper packaging to small shops. Its profile, catalog and brand guidelines sit in the company space. In a new conversation, without pasting anything, the question was:

“Who does Aurora serve, and which kraft paper boxes does it offer? Give the name, code, dimensions, pack quantity and price. Say which files you used.”

The agent answered that Aurora serves small shops and listed the catalog's two boxes. Small box, CX-01, 20 × 15 × 10 cm, pack of 10, R$ 35.00. Medium box, CX-02, 30 × 20 × 15 cm, pack of 10, R$ 52.00. It cited the profile for the audience and the catalog for the products.

Then came a question the catalog doesn't answer: the small box's delivery time. The agent said the catalog doesn't state it and the person in charge needs to confirm it. It made up no number.

We recorded this example on September 29, 2026, with fictional material, on a local Siglata install. The step-by-step guide is in the docs.

Company, in the docs

The company profile works today in Codex and Claude Code. Ask your agent to set up the company; if it doesn't have the setup skill yet, it suggests installing it.
