Your AI shouldn't need to hear the same rule twice

Teach the agent a procedure once; every agent connected to the company finds it and does it the same way.

Ask your agent to turn a procedure into a company skill. It is saved in Siglata, and in any new conversation, in Codex or Claude Code, the agent finds the skill and follows the same steps.

A company rule should be explained to the agent once. Today each person explains everything again in every conversation: how the company writes a product description, which facts never go in, where the text gets saved. The conversation ends and the agent forgets. With company skills, the agent finds the saved procedure and follows the same steps in any new conversation. The tools were built for people who remember. Siglata rebuilds that part so the agent can do the whole job the company's way, without anyone repeating the explanation.

You explain the procedure once and ask the agent to save it as a company skill. A skill is a short text with the steps, the rules and, when needed, the scripts that go with it. It lives in the company space in Siglata.

In every new conversation the agent starts out knowing which skills the company has. When a request matches one, it reads the skill before starting and follows the steps. That holds in Codex and in Claude Code, because the skill lives in Siglata, not on someone's laptop.

A skill can be yours alone or the whole company's. A published skill applies to every team member's agent. To change the procedure, ask the agent to update the skill. The previous version goes to the trash, where it can be recovered for 30 days.

Aurora Oficina de Demonstração is a fictional company that sells paper packaging to small shops. The owner wants every product description to follow one rule: use only catalog facts, state the size, pack quantity and pack price, point out what's missing, and save the draft for review. She asks the agent:

“Turn this procedure into a company skill called texto-de-produto.”

In a new conversation, without pasting anything, she asks for the catalog description of the small box. The agent finds the texto-de-produto skill, reads the catalog and brand guidelines, and delivers this draft (translated from Portuguese):

“The small box (CX-01) is made of kraft paper, measures 20 × 15 × 10 cm and comes in a pack of 10 boxes for R$ 35.00.”

It also lists what the catalog doesn't say (delivery time, discount, certifications and water resistance) and saves the draft file to the drive for review. The owner checks it once. No invented fact made it into the text.

We recorded this procedure on September 29, 2026, with fictional material, on a local Siglata install. The full walkthrough and the files are in How to write company instructions for content.

Company skills work today in Codex and Claude Code. Every company starts with the skill that creates skills already installed, so you only need to ask.
