Three quotes, three formats

One supplier sends a PDF priced per unit, another sends a spreadsheet priced per case, and the third leaves an item out. Someone types it all into a spreadsheet, converts the cases and looks for the lowest price row by row.

    Frequently asked questions

    • Which ChatGPT does it work in?

ChatGPT Business and Enterprise: an admin enables Siglata once for the team. On Pro, Siglata is read-only, in developer mode. On Plus and Free, it doesn't work in ChatGPT on the web. In Codex, each person connects it, on every plan that includes Codex.

    • Does it work with my ERP?

Two ways: with the ERP's exports, as spreadsheets or CSV, and in the ERP's own pages, like Bling: your AI signs in to the portal with the login you or the company connected, reads lists and tables, clicks, fills in and posts, without seeing the password. The suppliers' quotes come in as files, PDF or spreadsheet.

    • How do I compare price quotes in Excel?

One row per item, with the quantity, and one price column per supplier, all in the same unit. The best price is =MIN(C2:E2), and the item's total is the quantity times that price. Your AI does the same math from the suppliers' PDFs and spreadsheets, converts cases into units and saves the quote comparison.

    • Can ChatGPT create spreadsheets?

Yes. With Siglata, your AI reads the suppliers' quotes and fills in the quote comparison in the company's spreadsheet, with the source of every price. Each round of quotes becomes a new version, and the earlier ones stay saved.

Want to see it with your company's quotes?

We'll show it with your suppliers' quotes, as PDF or spreadsheet, in a WhatsApp conversation.
