Connect ChatGPT

Add Siglata to ChatGPT as a developer mode app and sign in.

Connect Siglata to ChatGPT on the web, as an app for your own MCP server. ChatGPT requires developer mode, available on the Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu plans. To use Siglata in Codex, see Connect Codex.

Steps

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.

  2. Open ChatGPT Plugins and click the plus button to create an app.

  3. Name the app, for example Siglata, and paste the server address:

    https://www.siglata.com/v1/mcp
  4. Under authentication, choose OAuth and create the app. ChatGPT opens the Siglata sign-in.

  5. Sign in to Siglata, choose the organization and approve access.

In a conversation, choose Developer mode in the plus menu and select the Siglata app.

In a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, an admin may need to turn on developer mode, under Workspace settings and Apps, and publish the app for other members.

Approvals

Tools that change files, folders, sharing or members ask for confirmation before each call. Only choose to remember the approval if you trust the app.

Done

Setup is complete when ChatGPT authenticates with Siglata. Keep working in the conversation and add files when you need them.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong organization. Remove the app, create it again and choose the right organization at sign-in.
  • No tools. Open the app’s details in settings and refresh the server.
