chart_get

Pass `tableId` and optional `name`.

`chart_get`	`files:read`	Pass `tableId` and optional `name`. Returns saved definitions and `points: [{x, series, y}]` over current readable, non-trashed records. Count counts records; numeric aggregates ignore null/missing values. Date buckets use UTC, with Monday-start weeks. Invalidated columns return `status: "stale"`, `reason` and no points. More than 200 points fails with `too_large`; narrow filters or grouping.
