Produces a new restricted file in a writable destination folder, from a retained format and only readable records.

`table_export`	`files:write`	Produces a new restricted file in a writable destination folder, from a retained format and only readable records. An explicit selection with unavailable records is refused, not silently narrowed. Retries reuse the captured revisions and the completed file, checking current permissions again. The response holds the file, the references of the exported revisions and, with `files:read`, `transfer`: the one-time link that saves the file into the agent’s working directory. Returns `unchanged: true` if the output file already has the same bytes, media type and name.
