A company’s WhatsApp number delivers its contacts’ messages to an inbox the agent works through. Siglata binds the number; the company’s contacts table decides who is a contact, and messages from other phones are held, never acknowledged or transcribed, and deleted after 30 days. Voice notes are transcribed on arrival with the vocabulary table’s first 100 terms and charged like audio_transcribe.
